Our Resources (Parts) make up the whole person that we are. When we are not fully connected with our Resources, one or two may become all consuming. This can cause issues such as prolonged grief, anxiety, stress, disconnect, addictions, anger.

We may become confused as one part is telling us to do one thing and another is in conflict, wanting to do the opposite - "I am so tired, I just want to relax and watch TV" - "Don't be lazy, there is too much to do".  

Finding the purpose of our Resources and empowering them to be fully functional in their role, we are able to feel balanced and connected.
